Inspired by the women characters, both tragic and heroic, in mythology and literature, I create compositions based on these classic figures. My personal work is steeped in shadow, sumptuous texture, and imagery pulled from the tales I reference.

Originally from eastern North Carolina, I attended Hollins University in Roanoke, VA where I received a BA in art history. I received an MFA in photography from Savannah College of Art and Design.
